The beautiful landscape of Ladakh, photographed during Darter Photography Tour of Ladakh in 2011. The best thing about Ladakh is that you get great images no matter where you point your camera and click. While this is a great thing, it poses a challenge to serious photographers in making those special images that stand apart from every other photograph. This image would perhaps not have made any impact, had I photographed just the sheep or just the landscape. And the meandering stream in the landscape probably contributes most to making the atmosphere appear idyllic.
